Ashley picked-up the defective furniture and issued credit. All is well.

I received damaged goods. I called to ask for a pick-up and credit the same day as delivery. They delivered the furniture at 5:45 in the morning btw. Customer service promised a full refund to my account once they received the pictures. The pictures were sent the same day. Still no response, the have yet to pick-up the sectional and will not correspond with me through email. This is NO way to conduct business! Ordered a nightstand on line and I received it didn’t open it right away just opened it today and there’s a very obvious defect and it’s a good size at the surface top part I sent pictures I have been trying to contact the online number customer service and no one ever answers the phone I also contacted the nearest store spoke to management they said they have nothing to do with online orders so I’m waiting on something to be done because so far I’m getting nothing but bad customer service my phone number is 727-494-6680 I would like a prompt response thank you

The product fails within 90 days. They were told by Ashley sales they would give a credit towards new furniture and the store manager denied the claim

My son and daughter in law purchased a floor model living room set for Ashley. They sold them a warranty knowing that the warranty company did not cover floor models. The fabric is not holding up and the frame has caved in. They are pretty well out of luck at this point. I, nor they will ever shop at Ashley again, nor purchase extended warranty.
