I purchased 5 pieces of furniture from Ashley Furniture along with a warranty from Furniture Care Protection. I normally don't purchase extended warranties, but at the...I worked for Ashley furniture delivery and I won't comment on some of this but the warranty was actually supplied by a separate company entirely and is a third party warranty not actually associated with Ashley furniture

We bought a leather double recliner unit from Ashley. We had to wait three weeks to be able to pick it up. We live 100 miles from the Ashley store. We were called and told our unit was in, but we had to be there that same day...- Hateful attitude of the customer service person on the phone

NOV 2015 Ashely Furniture Corporate Refunded in Full the Cost of the Furniture with Tax. They offered me a Full refund it I would re-select something from the Store.
I didn't want to pursue anything further. I had hoped for a full cash refund so I could go to another...
We are having the exact same issue. Purchased the sofa and trusted the Ashley name and purchased the additional warrenty.
Sofa is peeling and looks horrible. Claim is currently being reviewed (3 weeks...crazy). If they do not resolve this issue, I am collecting all of the complaints from the internet and taking them to my local BBB.org and our local news and newspaper.
We just had 2 new furnature stores open in town. Ashley need to stand behind the low quality piece o poo they sold us!

They met with me and agreed to take back the piece and issue a full store credit. I am now satisfied although I wish they had been more forthcoming right from the start.

We bought several pieces of expensive furniture. When delivered, we discovered immediately one of the pieces was not comfortable and felt totally different from the similar piece in the store. We tried to return it or at least get a store credit so we could buy something else that was comfortable to sit in. They sent a tech to look at the piece who confirmed it was built to spec. They said the unit in the store, which I had found comfortable, had been sat in by many people and mine would "after a month or two" become comfortable. I responded that I get a sore back after 10 minutes of use and wanted another type of chair. They refused to offer a store credit so we now have a $ 1,350 chair that we cannot sit in. Needless to say we will avoid that business like the plague. Customer Satisfaction is an unknown concept to them.- New store
