Defective recliner

We purchased 2 recliners less than Item# 2 years ago but did receive delivery until a year and a half ago. The one chair is awful. The batting it materials used for seat has smashed down. You pretty much sit in *** or on wood slats. Very unhappy, chair is difficult to sit in, and we are overall very displeased I tried calling the extended warranty. Nope. We don't cover that. Tried to use your help line. Nope. Put on hold for 2 hours 1. I have made previous purchases from you. No issues 2. This chair is junk! Item # U609**** 3. The chair needs to be repaired or replaced. ( with the chair model U524****. No issues with this chair) Please respond what Ashleys plans to do. Renee Pierson Order. 30059****

Ashley Furniture sent me a check for the value of my purchase. I would like to say that the quality of the furniture is very poor and I say this because Im still dealing with a piece of furniture that is in bad condition. Delivery is reliable.

Bad communication

When I purchased the furniture, I was told they would deliver it on 10/28/21. I just find out it is in back order until next year. Nobody took the time and inform me about it. I find out because I called to find out what was the status. VERY DISSATISFIED!

Can't get in touch with ashley furniture customer service.

Original number was changed to a "medicare group". I have an extended warranty but no number to be able to reach anybody

Furniture Delays

We ordered our furniture for our new home in April to be ahead of any delay concerns, and now nearly October, we are told that some of our order will not be available until December. Found out, they have given some of our items to another customer per their rotation program. I am through with Ashley.

Want to buy furniture

Tried to buy hanah dark walnut nook set on line. 4 times I had two different credit cards declined. Called bank. They never saw a payment request. Yet website said contact my bank. Called customer service at Ashley and was told we cant help you. Went to afwonline and bought the sunny designs nook instead. No problems. I wanted the hanah but settled for our second choice instead. Not a big sale only $800. But I have 5 more rooms to furnish over the next year.

Delivery

1st things 1st. I didnt receive a courtesy call like I did when my bed was delivered over two months ago. I wasnt home so now I have to reschedule my delivery and that comes with a fee that honestly dont feel like I should have to pay because I didnt receive the courtesy call!!!

Noticed sofa leather scratched and peeled at corner delivered saturday

I notice lower bottom corner leather peeled and scratched , it was delivered saturday. It still have tag because I was on duty for working during weekend and don't have time to seat there. I live alone and no body touched the sofa. The shape of scratch tells it was demaged during delivery. Actually already side table had crack and mirror was not attached because of no screw, so reschduled, annoying and inconvient. I have no time on week day, but have to accept the given day. But no body said I am sorry. Rescheduling person was so authorative , delivery person was indifferent. So annoying and inconvinient for noticed another demage.

NEVER NEVER BUY FROM ASHLEY - worst customer service ever - minimum time on hold will be at least 45 mins and then lucky is they just don't hang up on you. Sent two men out - different times - to evaluate the problem with no call backsDO

Damaged pieces

I received my bed room furniture with the headboard piece broken. I was still waiting for another box to arrive before I called in the damaged piece. Box arrived barely in tact, 3 pieces broken, so I phoned on a Monday. The gal was nice, took my info said she would expedite the shipping. Phoned the following week on a Thursday to see if there was a tracking number. After looking into my order and speaking with a lady, she mentioned the expedite shipping is really not a thing. And my order wouldnt be shipped until the first of July! So unhappy with Ashley Furniture.

Damage to house during delivery

They damage my walls during delivery to my house and acted as if it was no big deal and everyone I talk to in the company seems to feel the same way. I get different numbers to call email address to send info with little to no response whatsoever
