Ups return pickup

We have called twice. Once to make a UPS pickup on 2 bar stools. I found out when only one stool was picked up by UPS, only one call slip was received. So I called again requesting another UpS pickup. As of today UPS have not taken the second bar stool. Its been over 5 days.

User's recommendation: Buy Ashley furniture. It’s the best!

Ups return pickup

First, I am not a pissed customer. I could not go further unless I checked so!! I called earlier this week to return 2 bar stools that were too short for my bar. The young lady took care of this for me! Until, UPS only picked up one because there was only one call ticket. No problem! So I called today and requested another pickup! All is great!!

Furniture left in the rain

Item was left in my driveway by my garage door. Not under my porch and a bad storm came in while I was at work. Box soaked with brand new table inside

Need a replacement pillow for sofa

purchased a chaise sofa after making a phone call to customer service to make sure i was able to purchase the missing pillow, was told that it was complimentary and had it ordered and would be shipped out asap. great customer care i spoke with 2 people both got immediate results.ill write another review after it arrives but so far im very impressed with ashley furniture

On March 9th about 7:45 a.m a technician from Ashley's Furniture arrived at my house and measured the bed and in fact it's a full size bed and a full size Bass today is the 19th I have yet to receive my queen size Tempur-Pedic mattress and my queen size base I have been dealing with this problem for 8 months going on nine the manager told me he'll speak with me this Saturday I'm at my wit's end it should never take a company almost nine months to rectify the mistake they made in addition to that I disputed the charge on my Genesis account which carries Ashley's Furniture they continue to denied my dispute saying that I received the bed I received a bed but the wrong size I'm waiting now for the mail to tell me what the decision is however I kept paying my monthly bill because I didn't want to get behind does anyone have any answers or any help for me out there

Need to make a return I have tried calling 866-436-**** several times. I always get disconnected

I have been trying to reach the customer service department for two days to return a shipment because it is the wrong size. I am always on hold for a few minutes then they hang up.

The product fails within 90 days. They were told by Ashley sales they would give a credit towards new furniture and the store manager denied the claim

My son and daughter in law purchased a floor model living room set for Ashley. They sold them a warranty knowing that the warranty company did not cover floor models. The fabric is not holding up and the frame has caved in. They are pretty well out of luck at this point. I, nor they will ever shop at Ashley again, nor purchase extended warranty.

Broken spring in foot rest handle

Spring broke as I lowered foot rest Contacted them but they needed a serial #. I didnt have that Went to Lowes and bought new spring. Works fine All is well

Wanted information on a possible delivery date.
