Parts needed

It is outrageous a disabled customer has to wait 2 to 6 weeks for a part that is much needed for their power lift chair.

User's recommendation: Buy extra parts from the get go.

The lady from the parts department was very nice and fixed my problem.

It took two different people to get to the the parts lady. The first man I talked to I could barely understand his words and was argumentative with me. He kept telling me that I had to go to the vendor to order the part for my disabled husbands lift chair. The remote quit and I just wanted to buy a new one. The lady in the parts department was so helpful and new exactly what I was talking about and told me it would be middle of July before it came back in stock.

My Order on MY Headboard Keeps on Getting Delayed which has Been Very UnExceptable to Me, I Never Would Have Purchased it from Your Store if I Would have Known how I Would have had these Issue’s.

Order Delayed for a Very Difficult Period of Time has Been Very Difficult for Me and I would Never have Good Things to Talk about Purchasing Things at Ashleys. My Order Is Expected on May 11th and There Better Not be Any Further Delay. Elizabeth Spero
