After much shopping around, we found a set we liked at JC Penney's, which was priced matched at the Ashley Furniture store in Live Oak, TX. Spent over $1000 for a dining room set and 2 extra chairs in a Phoenix Az Ashley store. Ww live in the central part of the state and were told by the salesperson that the delivery would be on a Saturday in 2 weeks. That happened but the chairs had some issues asfar as pieces fitting correctly. Having the same problem paid Alot of money for our couch and love seat just for it to end up looking so cheap

Paid an extra 94.00 for delivery of a new love seat including removal of old one. Now told they will only move old one out of the way and will cost 50.00 more to haul old love seat away. Are you kidding me?? Excessive fees. Right now Furniture Land zero fee promotion for s same service. WG&R 67.99 FOR DELIVERY AND REMOVAL. I will never shop at Ashley againc

I have experienced the same problem with the leather fabric on my love seat fron Ashley Furniture. I also was dismissed by the same warranty company which turned out to be a waste of money. Linda Soucy. I purchased the sofa and loveseat. I saved for a year to buy it in cash. After 1 month it did the same. It peeled everywhere. Had to purchase slipcover for over $385 because Ashley warranty 5 years is useless. You can call me. You have my number. Ashley in Salem Nh. Will never purchase anything here again. We bought a whole bed set, dresser and chest on the 01/01/17. They said they would delivered it on 1/14/17 (geochemist we were charged for it ). They had is initial that if we canceled the delivery within 24 hours of delivery we had to pay a fee. They confirmed the delivery twice for 1/14/17 between 10 am-2 pm. We bought a leather double recliner unit from Ashley. We had to wait three weeks to be able to pick it up. We live 100 miles from the Ashley store. We were called and told our unit was in, but we had to be there that same day to pick it up, or wait another month to be able to pick it up. The nightstands we got were defective - black, not dark brown. They made us jump through hoops to prove this. I took a drawer into the store and Jack, the salesman, verified that it was the wrong color. THEN I WAS TOLD TO SEND PICTURES which I did.
