I ordered a bedroom set online. They clearly show 2 options one for shipping address and one for billing address. I have a P.O. Box since mail doesn’t arrive at my home. They billed my card but have yet to return the funds to the card since they are now claiming an issue has happened with my Shipping and billing address. About a month and a half ago I spent 2.6k in the store and they forgot to deliver a shelf. That has also been on hold for a month!!! I will never buy from them again. I have been given the run around on returning the funds to my card back and fourth with them. DO NOT USE THEM YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!

Ordered a nightstand on line and I received it didn’t open it right away just opened it today and there’s a very obvious defect and it’s a good size at the surface top part I sent pictures I have been trying to contact the online number customer service and no one ever answers the phone I also contacted the nearest store spoke to management they said they have nothing to do with online orders so I’m waiting on something to be done because so far I’m getting nothing but bad customer service my phone number is 727-494-6680 I would like a prompt response thank you

I received a home delivery 5 months ago and the delivery men broke my front screen door completely off my hinges and my picture frame in living room. I contacted Ray the Manager in the store on Route 46 in Fairfield, and she contacted the manager several times at customer service who handles delivery. I contacted them as well through emails several times, no one, no manager has ever contacted me in fixing my door!! Once I completely pay off what i am financing i am cancelling my account with Ashley Furniture and going to Bob's for my next new items.

I purchased a sectional with a lounger on one end and a cuddler on the other. The fabric is horrible. It is all pilling and they don't care! Told me to go buy a sweater shaver! The cuddler fabric is cut on the bias and is stretched with a big bulge. They replaced that cushion cover and now the fabric doesn't match the rest of the sectional! Wish I had never purchased!
