We purchased over $12k worth of furniture over memorial weekend from the sales rep Jesse Canas at Laguna Hiis Ashley furniture. Second time we went to buy one more item to complete the bedroom set.
This rep was rude and didn't want to help us. Also refused to honor the giftcard issued to us at previous purchase by store manager. Should the attitide change so drastically just because we were only buying one item second time?
A store manager, Johnny Danna at the same store took care of the issue personally because we refused to get serice from Jesse Canas after his rude behavior. This manager listened to the concern, showed understanding and aplogized for the problem.
He then contacted appropriate authorities to validate giftcard and promptly resolved the issue for us. We appreciated an examplary customer service he provided to us.
