Ashley Furniture - Scared Consumer
Its been 3 months since I ordered my furniture. I was told by the store employee to call Corporate.
SO I did and was told pretty much that the wait could go on forever. And that they could take 30% and another 10% if I cancel my order. And that their furniture comes from many locations all over the world. I asked and where is mine coming from.
Customer Service lady had no idea. So in other words, I could be just handing them money to them and screw me over and they didn't have to do anything other then have some guy follow us around the store. And now I'm scared I'll get reject *** furniture if I decide to wait. DO NOT BUY anything from Ashley Furniture.
The wait, the lies and worry I spent money just makes me sad and sick. Dumb consumer on my part.
