I have a new couch, well it's 2 months old purchased from Ashley in Tacoma WA. It fall's lower at both ends so the arms are lower than the middle. The foam in one cushion has shifted and one sticks up the full length if the cushion. When you sit on the couch you are pulled to the corner by the arm.

The customer service person that was sent out agreed and even explained why the cushion looked the way it does, the foam was put in wrong. Several pictures were taken.

I have talked so many times with customer care it's now a joke.

They want to take both couches and completely rebuild them so they are better than new, those were her exact words!!!!!! I purchased new furniture, paid for good quality furniture but got a table that was scratched, King mattress that has long threads that if they should get snagged would cause them to unravel.

I am 63 years old, this should have been furniture to last me at least 10 years but falling apart at 2 months!!!!!! I will not stop until this is rectified.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $1800.

Preferred solution: Replace with equal value quality sofas or full refund..

Ashley Furniture Pros: Design of furniture, Delivery people who are contracted out.

Ashley Furniture Cons: Follow up, Delivery, No refund policy, Cheap structure, Very bad customer service reps who lie.
