Gonzales Ashley. Take it that I purchased an ottoman and rug on Black Friday (11/25/16) on we are still waiting in January (almost 2 months) for the items to arrive at the store for pickup.

That's not the frustrating part, the fact that you call the store for follow up only to be told you will need to call your seller (who will of course not be available to talk so they send reps to return your calls (take it that I got 1 call back from more than 8 contacts to the store) Beyond the most ridiculous terrible customer service I am STILL dealing with now. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AND LOCATION!!

I didn't like: Promises not kept, Quick to grab money and not follow up.
