Hi i won't get near Ashley furniture anymore.We have bought 3+2 set 1.5 years ago and from day 1 the sofa's springs system is not functioning!!
When you sit on the Sofa you sit really low and uncomfortably. Attached a photo that demonstrate our bad experience with this Sofa. We approached Ashley a year ago and the cushions were replaced but the problem remains. We are extremely disappointed and would have to replace it.
I hope i can get any compensation. I will definitely try. What would be the best approach to issue a complaint ?
Would appreciate any advice in this matter.No doubt i won't step through their doors anymore.
