I have had a very bad experience with Ashley Furniture I will never purchased anymore furniture from them they have very cheap furniture, I purchased a sofa and loveseat when I got home and unwrapped it I inspected it and found a slit in the back of the sofa I returned the sofa for another one and it was damaged also, so I decided that I wanted to return all the product. The customer service personnel is also horrible I spoke with a person name Ashley Rodriguez she's very rude she didn't know what she was doing she had me holding on for 40 min.
This was already suppose to be taken care of but they dropped the ball. I will be reporting her.
