We purchased the most expensive leather sectional back in 2015 from Ashley Furniture and at the time we purchased the most expensive leather sectional they carried for $5,000 thinking it would be of best quality. Two years later, it’s pealing.!!!

The worst part is that we don’t use them much and we still owe $1,000 on them. We purchased the premier protection insurance for $400 and we were told st time if purchased and it reads that it covers pretty much everything. However, it is does not! We filed a claim and they regretted to inform us color discoloration is not covered.

After sharing this experience with a few people and searching the web, I’ve come to find out that this happens with their leather furniture. So.... stay away!!!!

This company obviously doesn’t care about the consumer and rips people off. There should be an action law suit filed against them.
