They finally refunded all of our money after three months a hundred emails and twenty hours on hold with customer service

After three months 20 hours on the phone with customer service almost a hundred emails they finally paid us back they paid us in increments of around $1,000 each time and tried to make us pay a delivery fee but they eventually paid us back everything. Beware of Ashley's Furniture they will rip you off and have the worst customer service I've ever seen in my 56 years of living

Still waiting for a refund. Now they are saying that they are waiting on the warehouse to put the wrong furniture that they sold me back in inventory.

That is weird because the one they are waiting for was never delivered or taking out of inventory lol.

These guys need a new delivery company and a new staff that knows what is going on. Angry ***
