I have spend 20,000 plus thousand at Ashley in the last 2 Years and 11,000 in the last year.I had a issues with my mattress I called the store and left a message with the front desk for the GM to call me and I still haven’t heard back from him.
I am in the military and have brand new baby girl.
I have been a loyal customer for 2 plus years.The way they have treated me by not responding or trying to help me in my situation is disgusting, this is no way to treat your loyal customer, *** Ashley and the GM at the Wesley chapel Florida store.
