We have had this leather furniture for 2 years and Ashley calls this wear and tear. I purchased both leather protection and pet protection policy’s.

I have had many leather couches and never had this problem. They have denied both my protection policies as they say this is normal wear n tear. Please someone tell me what can I do. Am I just stuck with this awful furniture that looks like it is 10 years old.

We have contacted everyone at Ashley’s and all we get is the run around.

They said they would refund my protection plans but then I am still stuck with furniture that looks 10 years old. What good are protection plans if the company does not stand by them.

They claim it is 100% leather but it is a leather blend.
