Customer service

I visited Ashley store to buy furniture with my family ( wife, 2 kids) for my new home and the store manager Trevor was very aggressive, intimidating and very rude. It is one of the worst shopping experiences and I wasn't expecting that from a store like Ashley

I mentioned that I was a customer of Ashley and had purchased furniture in the past and he said exactly these words " I don't care as customers go where ever it is cheap"

I have asked for a final price for the selected products and he asked if I wanted to finance. I said No and will pay by cash. " Trevor said this doesn't make any sense when I can give you for Zero percent interest and that's a terrible idea" I'm sure you would agree that it is always the decision of the customer on how to pay and the salesperson has nothing

I did mention to him the conversation is getting very uncomfortable and have to leave. " He said more than Welcome"

Can someone clarify if this is the way you treat your customers.
