I attempted to place an order online and the order was rejected by Ashley's. I forgot all about it.

A year later they tried to say they had delivered something and I owed them $300.00+ dollars! I called them and said what for? they could not give me an item or sku # and they couldn't even describe it! I was told to open a fraud investigation.

I did and they never allowed me to tell my side of the story. They want to ruin my credit over this! I have a FICO of over 840!!!!! No one will listen to me.

They won't give me a photo of the item so I could even file a police report if the item was delivered and stolen off my porch!

DON'T EVER ORDER ONLINE FROM THEM!

IF ANYONE ELSE HAS HAD THIS TYPE OF EXPERIENCE, POST ON THIS SITE. I'M GOING TO START A CLASS ACTION AGAINST THEM IF THEY DID THIS TO OTHERS.
