We applied for credit and then closed it. A few weeks later we re applied and were accepted for $3,000.

We can back a few days later and picked out our furniture. When we went to the "customer service" desk the woman, Tonya Friedman, Union Deposit, Pa., called the finance company and they told her that our account was closed and we had to fill out another applications and she has to fax it in. I did not what to have my credit ran again. The woman was very rude from the beginning to me and the sales rep, Terri Perice, who has been so kind to us from the beginning.

Her manager was there and said nothing to the way she was treating us. I was very hurt by the way my husband and I were treated and will never step another foot into Ashley furniture store again.

I feel sorry for Terri to have to work for such a horrible place that allows their employee's to treat their customers like that.
