We purchased a couch in the Menomonee Falls store(53051)and tried to return it within 2 days of it being delivered as it didn't match the sales women's sales pitch. It was very uncomfortable especially under the arm where there was no padding.

When we asked to exchange it, we were told that wasn't Ashlely policy, the only thing they could to was send a repair man to fix the problem the first time which was adding more padding to arms and cushions This didn't really solve the problem then, we had to have him return about a month later as the zipper broke and they had order a whole new arm cover. We just received a credit card for our being a good customer which we were (purchasing a full bedroom set, mattress, extra tables and also a dinning room set) well after our treatment on the couch (which bythe way we are purchasing a new one from Steinhaffels which give their customers satification if they are unhappy with their purchases without any hassle) and giving the old new one to Salvation Army
