Ashley Furniture - Worst experience ever
We bought a couch and loveseat over 6 months ago and also bought the extra insurance warranty that they pressure you to get. well Well we had to use our Insurance warranty 6 months ago and have yet had anybody come to look at the couch, have yet gotten anywhere with insurance or customer service!
Every time you call I feel like the person's name that they give you as an actual person because the person is never there! It is the worst customer service experience I have ever had and I will never ever buy another piece of furniture from them again!
I just want my couch fixed or replaced! What is the purpose of selling an insurance warranty if you are not going to honor it?!
