Ashley Furniture - WORST SERVICE
I bought a $3000 adjustable bed and the Ashley technicians who installed my new bed did a lazy job putting it together, which resulted in my mechanical part of the bed being worn down in a matter of 3 months of use because the bolts were compromised as they installed them crooked; and the ware from frequent use caused the bed to consistently make loud disturbing noises during use and especially during โsleepโ. For the past 3 months, my boyfriend and I have spent our nights tossing and turning listening to each others side of the bed squeak and clunk as though the bed is going to break, because Ashley technicians are too lazy to perform a proper installation.
Ive contacted at least 10+ members of the company and the manufacturer and warranty place as well as the corporate office at this point and spent HOURS on the phone and emails and no one cares about writing this wrong. This company offers complete CRAP service.
I am disgusted. I would give them a >0 rating if that was available.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: information promised to us and replacement bed.
