I spoke with corporate and they said on Wednesday February 24th they would come out and measure the bed again Define that it's a a full size bed and not a queen which they deliver me in July I have been fighting with them since July still making my payments 8 months later so after Wednesday if I haven't gotten a result I'm going to file a lawsuit and ask for punitive damages I've hit my ankle several times on the bed because of the gap between a queen size frame and a full size bed I will update you at that time and thank you for your time and effort to help me resolve this matter

On March 9th about 7:45 a.m a technician from Ashley's Furniture arrived at my house and measured the bed and in fact it's a full size bed and a full size Bass today is the 19th I have yet to receive my queen size Tempur-Pedic mattress and my queen size base I have been dealing with this problem for 8 months going on nine the manager told me he'll speak with me this Saturday I'm at my wit's end it should never take a company almost nine months to rectify the mistake they made in addition to that I disputed the charge on my Genesis account which carries Ashley's Furniture they continue to denied my dispute saying that I received the bed I received a bed but the wrong size I'm waiting now for the mail to tell me what the decision is however I kept paying my monthly bill because I didn't want to get behind does anyone have any answers or any help for me out there
